Anyone having any issue listening to OTIS AFB with a 796 or 296.

Not with any of those scanners, but my 2096 works just fine with APCO-25 from Otis ANGB. Be advised, though, that comms from Otis as well as the Mass Military Reservation, including PAVE PAWS across the horizon radar, are supposedly going to encrypted P-25 sometime soon. Then, your 796 or 296 won't matter. Neither will my 2096!!!
