I searched TAFL for all of the frequencies for this page other than the Taxis due to the recent research:
This is how accurate this portion was and found that leaving the searches out:
Minto Place Mall was no result
Hotels both showed no result
Library Security is probably on the main Ottawa system as one of the unidentified security tags or it is the following:
This search shows this frequency also shares the YM-WCA and the Rideau Center
Buses all show up except for First Student
Which seems to have changed their frequencies:
Construction
All three are no result- Tomlinson if not active here is most likely swithed over to the trunked systems as already identified.

At some point, except for recent submissions, almost better to wipe everything and start over.
There are many frequencies and recent changes, so few people actually chasing any of it.

Last time I was in OPL Main branch, some staff had HTs, but did not see them get used.
Security uses Moto HTs, unknown if they are on the same frequency/system. Use is likely
sporadic so you'd have to be around for a while to confirm anything.

Minto Place 452.450 was converted to LTR at one point, appears dead now.

Taxi 163.740/167.130 pair also appears to be dead. 162.960 has some activity.

Airport Taxi 423.3875 is long-gone, suspect nobody noticed it missing. Taxis still have
UHF antennas.

Chateau Laurier has probably gone to Cap+, multiple frequencies in TAFL but they show as
analog. 461.7375 is a multi-user frequency.

Don't know about the rest, see what I can do poking at some frequencies during normal weekday hours.

The moodie quarry one as far as I know is active, mostly french though.

Ready Mix one might be a little slow this time of year due to dealing with Concrete etc..

The Jenstar is actually an FRS/GMRS frequency, however Jenstar does use this frequency. I was able to confirm this when I was working along side them last summer. They are very low power and will only go for a few blocks. If you ever see a crew along a highway or roadway doing grinding operations (pulling the asphalt up) this is the operator and the crew along side them. They tend to wear a headset on there hardhats and have a microphone attached for communicating with the equipment operator.
