Ottawa Cap+ system: STO Société de transport de l'Outaouais

Found a new-to-us Cap+ system in Ottawa. Haven't heard a peep from it though but TAFL matches to STO which is the transit system in Gatineau.
Site is likely 2001 Carling Ave (registered as 2001 Bromley Square which is the name of the apartment building).

Cap+, Site 1, DCC 3, Neighbour Site 2
410.0875 Ch 1/2
412.0875 Ch 3/4

FWIW I tried to search for Site 1 with the Quebec TAFL returns but no luck with my location. I'm not sure why the tafl.mckie.ca search doesn't return anything for Quebec if you search the STO name, but search for GATINEAU ET OTTAWA and it'll give you results.

Haven't heard much voice traffic on that system. 107 is the only group so far.
The system is always spewing out data, but from a decoding perspective it appears useless. Probably vehicle location tracking of some sort.
I could only monitor with dsd-fme on spyserver.
