Ahh ok. Makes sense. Thanks for the answer. First time I saw it and wasn't sure about it. I see that it only shows up on the digital talkgroups. It doesn't show up on the analog side.

At first I was wanting the 325P2 but came across a good deal on the 436HP on eBay and have since learned a lot about this radio. I've now gotten used to it's ways of operation and I'm scanning just fine with it now.

As you can see I've also done the ProVoice upgrade as well as the DMR upgrade and both have great sounding audio.

Reception of it is great also. I've had no problem pulling in Ottawa EDACS while mobile. Even heard it as far out as Hwy 60 half way between Kelly's Corners and Eganville. As well out by Douglas too. Even Burnstown Rd. Between Renfrew and Burnstown.

No. Using a mobile antenna on the roof. However I do have friends that live in the village of Douglas that are actually fairly high up and I have in the past been able to pick up the EDACS system while sitting on there deck using just a portable antenna.
