Anybody have any idea who is using groups 31 and 32?

What kind of radio traffic did you monitor on the talkgroups you mention?
I previously heard them talking about service elevators I think. Listening now that I have some free time, will update. Just saw 2 users join 66 and 72, that I assume are interop ..maybe? lol

Last evening on TG 32 I heard reference to elevator, cinema, and front gate. Heard some music in the background which sounded outdoors; probably an event TG of some sort. Also reference to security. May be something downtown.

Probably the Lansdowne Park area. Guns'n'Roses was on last night, and all the things you mention are in that vicinity.

May have been, except the background music I heard over radio didn't sound too GnR-ish. I could hear the concert acoustically off in the background...Lansdowne operations are on DMR I think. Also, TG 32 reported active on or before Aug. 5th,
