Ouachita Parish and surrounding area

Hello. I was wondering if anyone has a file built for this area to program the 996xt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have done that and I can listen to some channels. I am unsure how to organize the systems, groups, channels, etc. for effective scanning. Do I have to program all channels or just control channels? This is all new to me. I have read several newbie articles and that helped but is still kind of vague.
