154.1075 MHz FMN granted through Septemberish of 2010 to the OCSO. Did thier ant get lightning struck or something.. this was on perm lic as the Car to Car??

I think they are using a lot of AWIN now, so they may have dropped their VHF license?
The VHF licenses are still fully active. This is just an STA for that one freq that is already on the main lic... Apparently they needed to redo that freq for some reason. May be storm damage on primary site, so they added that to another tower until repaired?
