I came across 2 TPD units on I-44 last Thursday in Missouri between Springfield and Joplin. They were using Talkaround to talk between themselves. My questions is, since they were out of range of the Main Computer would they have been able to talk to each other on their normal dispatch channels ( A,D or G) or would they have been dead in the water without being able to connect to the main radio computer.
