While there's no such thing as an antenna that receives exclusively "Trunk and Digital" (A Radio signal is a radio signal) , a "Discone" antenna receives a broad range of frequencies.

The antenna you choose should be designed to receive the frequencies you intend to monitor.

You can find Discones at just about any place that sells antennas.

Could you tell us what band(s) your looking to monitor? VHF/UHF, 700/800? Perhaps point us to your system(s) of interest? Antennae don't care whether a signal is trunked or digital

I Run a Discone for VHF110 to UHF470mhz and a Yagi for 800-900mhz into a Comet Duplexer with one cable down about 20 feet into the multi coupler for the rack.

Thank you for the fast replies. Most of Maricopa County is in the 120-155mhz and 700-900mhz ranges., With state in the 460mhz range. With it being that wide of a range, a Discone seems like it would give the best coverage.

The discone does not perform great for 700-900MHz. That band is where the Omni-X will probably perform better.

Your BEST bet is Diamond. Contact The Antenna Farm--just look them up in GA or Amazon.com and just search out the ratings, sir.

YUp, imonitor is correct. My discone did not work well for my 800-900 P25 1 and 2 systems. Hence I went with the Yagi for those.
