Did Overland Park go digital while I was sleeping? Seems their trunked freqs are all dead now.

OPPD uses mobile data terminals for most dispatch, so you won't hear much voice traffic under normal circumstances. They're still on the EDACS system last time I checked. If you open it up to all TGs, you'll probably hear some car-to-car and some other non-PD traffic from time to time.
