Hello - I already posted this in the Radio Shack forum, but I thought I might post it here to get some local insight to my problem.
I just got a pro197 and I am having some issues receiving Saratoga County's P25 simulcast transmissions. I am about 2500 ft from one of the Halfmoon towers and I am about 4 miles from the next closest tower.
My question is, do you think the scanner is overloaded or do you think I am suffering from distortion? I have tried Att with limited results. I see 30%-68% on the analyz screen, not enough for reliable reception.
What actions would you take to try to get this to work?
