With this heat that's all people need is a power outage, reached 101.7 in my yard today in the shade.

The rig
You are quick to judge someone you dont know eh

.....and make a sarcastic comment about an incident that you know nothing about. Or did you see it happen? With all of the idiots and p**s poor drivers on the roads today, the MONOC driver could have very well been cut off. Per scanner reports, the rig was actually up against the pole. I hope the MONOC employee is okay.

I have been driving an ambulance for years. With all the idiots out there I have somehow managed to avoid accidents. You're right I may have been quick to judge, but accidents and MONOC are a common occurence, to say they are the only ones I hear getting into accidents.

Isn't this like the third accident a MONOC rig has been in? Someone either here or on 1st responder news had pictures of another MONOC accident.

Just because you drive a rig does not mean you know how to drive! Anyone with a license can drive a rig. The key thing is to drive it SAFELY!

Hope the MONOC employee is ok, Those of us know that especially driving an ambulance can be very dangerous running hot or not. I can recall one accident I had where someone drove into us and another separate accident where a person back into the ambulance.

No excuses Tony. You're supposed to be able to drive the rig SAFELY and avoid all of that. Just read the post before yours.

With all due respect, As a 26 year career chief of EMS I think I know what I am talking about.
Some accidents are unavoidable.
