Owasso Area Freq Help Please

I am trying to find active frequencies that I can program in and monitor that are from the following departments/services located around the Owasso, Oklahoma area. I am looking for VHF and or UHF only please.

Any help would be appreciated!

Samaritan EMS(Osage County)
Oolagah-Talala EMS
Oklahoma HIghway Patrol
Collinsville Police
Collnsvile Fire
EMS communications to hospitals(patient reports)

Samaritan EMS(Osage County) - Unknown if they even have radios. South Central Osage county so monitoring may be limited.

Oklahoma HIghway Patrol - State 800MHZ trunked system. (OKWIN) Unknown if they are on the Mot Type II or the new P25 system. Limited low band comms.

Collinsville Police - OKWIN

Collnsvile Fire - OKWIN

EMS communications to hospitals(patient reports) - Most likely OKWIN and/or encrypted.

For VHF/UHF, you may be out of luck.
