Owensville PD. Clermont County.

Ok off the wall question.

Does anyone have the freq for Owensville Police department. I know they are rather dull and have very little action but it would be nice to have. I live right down the road from them so I would like to hear the news from them.

Do es anyone know the freq or are they on the Marcs system? They may be trunked here because they are a very small department. I know they only have three cars for the whole force.

Any help is apreciated.

Owensville is dispatched by the Sheriff's Office, always have been.
They are on the county trunked system. I believe they are
LINCOLN unit identifiers. You will hear them on the Sheriff's Office talkgroups,
plus they have several of their own.

I have had mine for two weeks now, and I love it. It is an incredible scanner!

Clermont County was the first digital system in the area, but I have never been able to listen to it.
I'm rarely over on that side if town, but next time I am I'll be ready.
I can't quite pick it up from here, but I can still hear the sheriff
on the old low band from time to time.

Let us know when you get one, you can keep an ear on the MARCS sites on that side of town!!
