Why is your system always offline? I have tried to listen it is always offline.

It is offline most of the time I go in to listen. Yesterday I heard it for the first time it was around 9:00 pm. Thank-You for reasponding.
It is quite possible that it seems that the system is off, because there is very very little traffic generated in Willacy county. Things are about to change and you will hear more traffic in Willacy County.
