Woodstock City Police are encrypted and there is no scanner available that will let you listen to them. OPP you will need a digital trunking scanner capable to monitor the Provincial radio system Fleetnet.

Ok thanks. I found a frequency of 413.5375mhz and 107.2 tone. I think it was labelled OPP rebroadcast out of Ingersoll. Is it trunked as well?

You did not say what scanner you have so this info is general.

First the bad news there is no scanner or way of monitoring encrypted comms.

Now the good news OPP use fleetnet off the woodstock tower. The freq you listed is for the local BEAT repeater in Ingersol. That channel will rebroadcast most of the OPP activity although I recommend monitoring the fleetnet tower as well.

Ambulance can be monitored off the fleetnet tower or by listening to the CRS repeaters in the 413mhz area.

Fire can also be monitored by direct entry. All the Woodstock info can be found here. Dont forget to look at the wiki page for Oxford as well.
