Was making a delevery at oxford public works and they showed me the new tower site for Oxford emergency services. So i went to the FCC site and put the new VHF freqs in the scanners. This is what I got over 6 days

158.7825 DPL 311- Simplex opps between a firefighter and car-1
158.8425 DPL 134- Simplex, firefighter to car-1 im on christan st now ill be there in a min
158.9775 DPL 047and CSQ Lot of diffrent tones QCII format some voice "903 to 901 that tripped duty OK do you want to try from you mobile"
155.4225 DPL 047 Same tones QCII and voice once "testing"
154.950 DPL 311 just allot of keying with MDC
I also got QCII tones on 158.9775 in waterbury very faint

I was picking up testing this morning on 158.7825 while driving up 84 on the Plainville/Farmington boarder.
It started to break up a little ways into Farmington around exit 39.

With the tower up on Governor's Hill, you should be able to pick them up LIMA / CHARLIE :)
