Ozaukee Co. "CHPS" TG ?

I was doing some re-tooling on my programming of the OZ TRS the other day and was wondering... in each FD's bank of channels, they have one labeled "CHPS"... what the heck is that ? I thought that I knew every goofy fire service abbreviation, but apparently not !!!
