Is any one else hearing Waterford Fire Dispatch on Groton Town Police State System.

Could be the medic TG since station W and GFA both dispatch L&M medics depending on which side of the river the call is on

You are likely hearing the L&M Medics channel rather than the Groton PD channel. When they transmit they are on VHF, Waterford Phase I and CLMRN Phase II.
