P25 and Link

Hello everyone. I have an Uniden SDS 200.scanner.. I have noticed in the history logging it will says system type P25 Trunk and then for digital type it will say either P25 or Link.. And this is all the time while it is scanning a P25 system. Can anyone please explain to me the difference? And what is going on. Everything seems to working normally ... i was just wondering about this? Thanks Robert from Mid Michigan

Assuming the SDS 200 is similar to the 536, the following is from the 536 manual:

P25 Displays if the channel is receiving digitalized voice in Receiving or Hold modes.
LNK Displays when data is received on a voice channel in Receiving or Hold modes.
DA T Displays when data is received on a control channel in Receiving or Hold modes.
