I'm hearing a P25 digital repeater on 453.125. It's licensed to the Washington County Hospital. The DB says it's for paging, but I'm definately hearing P25. I don't have a digital scanner so I have no idea what they're saying or whether it's encrypted. Can someone give a listen? The Morse ID was in analog and ID'd as WQCL311 (the hospital).
