P25 digital proble,s

I am having the same problem i had before and don't know how i correct it i have a BC 796d. i unplugged it this morning to bring it into work and now it won't decode the apco digital police channel that worked fine walking out the door this morning. No changes in operations or anything have occurred. I have done this before with no problems. All i get is that annoying static garble noise? Any suggestions?? thanks

Sounds like:

1) The card is loose or the connection isn't perfect

or

2) Your agency is now encrypted.
