dose anyone know a software i can use to decode p25 towers that maybe close to me that are not listed

You're going to have to be a bit more specific. "P25 towers", what exactly would that be? A conventional P25 repeater, trunked sites, looking for trunked simulcast subsites? What exactly are you trying to find here?

Oh and you're looking for some sort of decoding software, I presume, not Scanner Programming Software which is the forum you posted in. Don't create another thread, instead click the Report link and ask to have the thread moved to the proper forum.

Is the system not in the RRDB? The known sites should be listed, unless it's a very new system that is still being built out.

Do you not have a scanner you could use to search the bands to find control channels?

i dont have a scanner and the system is still new just not sure what and where to check for the best software at and i have a unication g3 but thats it

Software alone will not do you any good without some sort of receiver to use it with. At the minimum and cheapest option, you'll need an RTL dongle with antenna to connect to the PC, then you can run software to search the bands for control channels to find unidentified/undocumented sites.

What county is this, Union, or a neighboring county?

DSD+FL, SDRTrunk, OP25, ... there's a variety of different software to decode P25 depending on your experience level and what you want to do once you've decoded it. Note that none will decrypt secure comms unless you have the proper keys, so it's possible you still won't be able to listen in even after you've set up a P25 decoder.

I don't know of any software that will decode encrypted P25 even with the keys.
