Construction requirement for Buckskin, Big Mountain and Delle

Several construction requirements were issued this past week for the following sites, delle, IBAPAH, Lynn, black crook, buckskin, Logan,and big mountain...several site are online, roughly 16, keep your ears peeled for sites coming online. It seems we have at least 3 zones on the new UCA p25 system, it still seems to be showing phase 1, but may change or may not.
