P25 kcmo pd

I'm hearing a lot of traffic on there radio technicians talkgroup ....there driving around town and outside of the city limits to test there transmition...as far as Richmond mo.....there having trouble with the system at times still not hearing each other at times..they talk like there shooting for a Nov start up date on the radio to each other....not sure about that with what I'm picking up.....they sound to me they are going to need much longer start up date.....anyone have any other info that can back this up?......

Not sure what KCPD has in mind for a switch date, but there has been some discussion that MARCER med channels will be going live on the KCMO and JOCO digital systems Nov 1st. Hard to say what that means for PD, KC fire, and other folks.
