P25 Ma-com

There is a new MA-COM sytem being installed in Waterford CT. The control channel is showing as P25 on my Pro-106. Do I program as a Moto P25 system or an EDACS system??? There is a posssibility that thia may be a Pro-voice system. I know most of the frequencies but if EDACS I do not know the LCN. Any advice appreciated.

This is a scanner question and doesn't really belong here in these forums.

To answer you though, if it's a Project 25 system, in the 106, set the system type as P25 Auto and only program in the control channels. If it is P25, don't worry about ProVoice. These are two different types of digital voice, and you're only going to be hearing(or not really) ProVoice on EDACS systems.
