It says to be delete by the feed provider I don’t know why

S/He stopped feeding because they can. If you want to hear it, I'd suggest purchasing a scanner and listening. Even better, you can stream so other can listen to it

I’m not in Toronto unfortunately but I am listening to the Toronto fire ems feed and that hasn’t gone off yet

Could be different users feeding, or they don't care about the metro anymore. Either way, unless somebody is willing to feed with there own equipment or you plan to purchase equipment for them I wouldn't be surprised to not see it anymore. If you want to save any audio, purchase premium and download what you want before it's deleted. After deleted, no audio archives are saved

I highly doubt that Toronto ems is going to be takeing off the feeds as it seem to be a busy feed and I for one enjoy hearing it even if I am not in the area it’s only ems ans fire so there too may not like it but other like me do hearing I can’t see that being gone it’s not even enc so what the point of saying it will be gone when you know it still having people heading it ….

The Feed Provider has decided to discontinue the feed so unless someone else steps up to provide it, you're out of luck.
