P25/NAC ? Frequencies.

I am trying to figure out who these frequencies possibly belong too. I seem to be having trouble searching for them.

They are 421.315000 P25 NAC: 122 and
163.625000 P25 NAC: 100 This one is definetly encrypted.

Found the second frequency. It belongs to the Border Patrol that explains the encryption.

This is the only license for that frequency I could find in MI. Used for point-to-point, probably not digital.

It could be a military frequency, which are not licensed by the FCC.

Could also be from the great white north, 421 MHz. is used extensively by the RCMP.

The 421 is likely from across the lake into Canada.

The 163.6250 is Definately CBP or one of the agencies that make it up [Customs, Immigration or Border Patrol]

that is border patrol's main channel for Sector Detroit. Sector Detroit is based out of Selfridge, and covers Monroe, Wayne, Macomb, and St. Clair Counties. There may be more, but thoses I know for sure. Sometimes you will hear units in the clear, but dispatch is always encrypted.

The correct frequency would be 421.3125 MHz, for the RCMP TRS.
