P25 Phase 1 Programming

Not sure if anyone can help but I am setting my BCD325P2 and trying to setup Niagara Co Fire Digital and using ARC-XT.

In another system I put analog and I am picking up chatter on there but nothing on the digital, can someone take a look and see what I have wrong here?
Do I need to adjust my quick keys or something, group, system site? Do the quick keys on the system need to match site. I'm kinda lost at this.
Obviously not great at this, not sure if I have control channels in right or anything.

I'm thinking Simulcast Distortion could be the problem here. Only radios built to cope with this issue are the SDS100 & 200. I went to Niagara a few years ago with my SDS100 and could track the system without an issue. However the 536HP I had in my vehicle kept locking up on it
