You can copy it below and email it to yourself. There is an Easier to Read manual at:

Menu
Program System
ENTER
New System
ENTER
Select Sys Type
P25
ENTER
Standard Trunk
ENTER
Confirm?
ENTER
It will show the system number rather than a name, doesn't matter for now
Edit Site
ENTER
New Site
ENTER
Set Quick Key
ENTER
Scroll to 99 (I use this for test system as it is quick to recall)
ENTER
Scroll to "Set Frequencies"
ENTER
New Frequency
ENTER
xxx.xxxxx [type control channel frequency here]
ENTER
Hit Scan

If you want more frequencies, repeat the Set Frequencies part

its so much easier and a lot faster with a software program like proscan and you can download it directly into your scanner in seconds rather than pushing buttons for an hour and making a mistake and need to start over..

I can do that sequence in less than two minutes. I use it when I am out chasing radio signals, get a new system and want it in the scanner. If I want talkgroup names, all the frequencies and different Quick Keys, I download the radio to ProScan later, fill in the remainder of the information and upload to the radio.
Besides, I was answering the original question about doing it manually.
