P25 Phase 2 Use

Are there any P25 Phase 2 systems in use or soon planned in the Triangle Area of NC? My brief check only identified the Durham VA center as Phase 2.

I'm in Raleigh and have not found any Phase 2 systems here.

Only one I know was greenville was running limited phase 2 and maybe Wilson I believe it was
