P25 System in the Eastern Panhandle area

I need some help in trying to pin down who has a P25 system in the Eastern Panhandle area with a control channel of 854.5375. I originally thought it might be Washington Gas but now I'm not so sure. Anyone have any info as to who it is or has monitored it?

You know it's P25 but you don't have any information about it like System ID, Site ID, NAC? Hmm. No idea considering the Eastern Panhandle could mean you are hearing something whos origin could be from multiple states.

Would not surprise me if it was a weak decode on an AEP P25 site. With a site number that high, that's what it has to be. Look in the AEP DB for 85.85 sites in Appalachia and you'll likely find it.

Scratch that. Doesn't appear to be 1F6/7/8 85.85 or 87.87. No idea.

Surprised of that chatter night. Good deal. Like that it has OTA aliases and is not encrypted.

So that's site 85.85, right?

Thus far two freqs -- 854.5375 and 854.9125 ? And I'm suspecting those are both listed as CCs since it's a Harris system
