Great to see others are enjoying the Wio Terminal!

If you are good with DIY electronics, here is another method for powering the P25RX/Wio Terminal Combo. It is splicing in a 5 Volt power source into a USB C to USB C cable. This wiring is not a standard USB cable design. This will bring 5 volts in to power both the P25RX and the Wio without using the back GPIO pins.

As always, double check your work.
If power is wired incorrectly, you could damage these devices.
As they say, proceed at your own risk.

Does anybody know if this adapter would work instead of splicing the power wires together?

Which adapter? Like the diy one from @goldmyne99? The diy one definitely works. That's how I made mine. I tried a few different manufactured ones but didn't have any luck.
