I understand that the delaware river port authority is using an edacs system and has 2 sites. I have set my 396 up so that there are 2 seperate systems,but I haven't heard anything and I'm in spitting distance of two of their bridges any suggestions?

DRPA uses a ProVoice for Police = not monitorable. You should be able to pickup the Analog Maintenance traffic though but I can't tell you how active it may be.

Make sure you have the frequencies for each system enterd in LCN.

I never heard anything on either system (I know DRPA PD is Pro Voice). I thought there might be something worth listening too.
