Thank you very much! Is Trooper 8 a 407 as well?
Is Trooper 9 a spare as well?

Where's the rally being held at?
According to the channel plan for the WPTZ795 license, there should also be a site at the PSP Belmont barracks (PHIL02), using the following frequencies:
773.04375
774.08125
774.79375
Well, it's easy to enter a few lines in a spreadsheet and put a dot on a map...question is, is the site REALLY online. Speculation that the PSP have included that site because of the high population in the city, which would ensure that they've achieved the mandated 2/3 of the state's population in order to retain the SL license.Hmm, The filing document definitely indicates it's operational, even shows on the coverage area map..

I hope they don't go encrypted... But thank you for the heads up!Just heard trooper 5 testing a newly installed P-25 radio in the helo. I wonder how long it will be before they go encrypted.
PHIL02 is now online, but as part of the STARNet P25 system, not the Harris system.According to the channel plan for the WPTZ795 license, there should also be a site at the PSP Belmont barracks (PHIL02), using the following frequencies:

I assume that's what they've done with the Williamsport site since that doesn't seem to be online anymore? But the next closest STARNet P25 site is Shade Mtn in Snyder County. There is nothing in the Williamsport area.PHIL02 is now online, but as part of the STARNet P25 system, not the Harris system.

Eventually all Harris sites on the current 700MHz P25 Air-Ground system will be converted to ASTRO 25 sites, and air-ground ops will be fully integrated with the STARNet P25 system.
What site were you hearing this from?I've got a lot of hits on F TAC 1 today...I assume it's the Trump rally. I hear command post ID'ing. At one point, there was an analog radio patched in and it had an MDC tail. According to Unitrunker, all transmissions are patched in (no radio ID decoding). Pretty bad audio with some awkward silence at the end of the tx.
