For the 854.8875 Control Channel now present in Fayette..... Screen caps from my spectrum analyzer along with the text cut/paste from the measurement saved while I was there that contains the LAT/LONG from the GPS attached to my spectrum analyzer....
Strongest signal is present at Faye01. Although I could only get within about 1/4 mile of the tower due to not having keys for Pondfield Fire tower's access gate.....

I was on site @ Faye 62 (aka Fayette 911 Uniontown Tower) a few weeks ago with our Microwave maintenance company on the ESINet backhaul links to Fayette 911.
I punched in the control channel on my portable spectrum analyzer and was getting good read on 854.8875 but at a signal level around -75 to -80 dB. Somewhere on the ridge but not strong enough to be at Faye 62.
Since I was on the clock and couldn't chase it.... had to wait for another day. Did a visual inspection of our site and stuff here at Uniontown Tower this afternoon, and took a ride down to Faye 01.... Strong signal on 854.8875 at Faye 01. see pics in other post.
I would propose renaming site 1.024 to Pondfield (FAYE01) and site 1.109 to Pondfield 800 (FAYE01). Any nays?
When you do, make sure you change the geodata. The geodata for 1.109 is off the FAYE62 license.

So with things working out that I'll be getting home in the next week instead of having to wait for the border to open, this is the list of sites I have that need to be checked on my roadtrip. Anybody have any others?
Distance is not an issue. Anywhere at all...throw it out there and I'll check the area with the appropriate programs.

Port Clinton VHF is on 1.74 (no NAC has been reported..)
Port Clinton 800 is an Opensky site that was confused with BUCK40 (at least by me) because the CC matched based on adjacent site data at the time.. Emissions on license are not P25 but it wouldn't be the first (See 1.90) FCC Callsign WPQC947 (COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA)

can't hurt to check, but no adjacent site data has reflected they are online or part of the P25 to date.. Most likely still active PA Opensky sites.. Pennsylvania Statewide Radio Network (PA-STARNet) Trunking System, Statewide, Pennsylvania - Scanner Frequencies

Thanks for the clarification Brent. I'll swing down the PGL Road and check it anyway to be sure. Planning on going through there anyway to visit a friend at work on the railway during the first part of the road trip.
Actually, the fixed sites have Phase II subscriber emissions licensed (not Phase I), which was obviously an oversight when licensing them. They should be 9K80D7W, not 8K10F1WJust noticed WREW649 1.87 only has P25 Phase 1 authorization..

I don't think you need to come all the way out to Newtown Square to check it. I am based in the County and would definitely be able to pick it up should it come alive. Just seems out of the way for you *shrug*
I was going to tell him the same thing. Even better, if you're watching it, I won't bother. You're probably closer than me so that'll save me the trouble of swinging by there. Still showing as a "failed" neighbor this weekend. I imagine it will come online this upcoming week.
