More likely a temp/mobile site for the Farmshow.
Not receiving it, And not a neighbor to Oxford. FWIW. So North and or West of Truce.

Of course Reading is a possible candidate @RichardKramer

For it to be numbered the way it is, it would seem odd for it to be anything other than a temporary site. I would think, however, that the farm show complex has no need for enhanced coverage since there is an existing site (1.090) basically across the street at Harrisburg Technology Park. Of course, maybe they got a new toy in the form of a deployable trunked site and are using the Farm Show event to test it out. If it is a temp deployable site, it seems weird they'd utilize an 800MHz frequency from Philly's trunked system. But, nothing really surprises me any more.

From what I was told back in the fall by some PEM guys at a regional communications exercise, they said PA only had conventional portable Repeaters. That very likely could have changed recently.

Hopefully someone in the Harrisburg area is able to scope out that area to see if it's originating from the Farm Show.

Update:
Just came across this license. It's from back in the OpenSky days, is a temporary Repeater on the same freq as the unknown site.

I can only find it on the neighbors of So. Lanco site 65. Nothing on the Chesco, Delco, Philly, Lehi-05 (70,79,68,78,75, 83,85,91)
That freq. is also currently a Philly Control channel.

The CAPRAD report for Region 36 basically describes all these frequencies as "*Regionwide Assignments." The licensed service is YE, which would allow trunking, and for a Temporary Fixed location. The theory that it's being used to support the farm show seems plausible.

That's right where ALLE67 is, Site 1.28. I wonder why it's not showing on the neighbor list.
