PA Statewide P25 Phase 2 System

I think we ought to sit and wait on TG 1. It is out of sequence compared to all other PennDOT talkgroups. Even if it is PennDOT, it could be loaner radios or something. I would recommend folks keep notes on what they hear on it or use the wiki and forums to keep tabs on it. Still just PGC and PSP in my neck of the woods.

I agree, but its also very strange that I hear that TGID almost everyday which seems like PennDOT traffic but like HM1529 said it doesn't follow the normal PennDOT TGID numbering schedule.

I wonder if we all have just moved on around counterclockwise and have forgotten to check for those sites possibly / eventually having come online in some area that we all thought was finished. Might be a good time for DSDPlus / Pro96Com / Unitrunker users all around to check site neighbors for all of the sites they can hear, to see if they happen upon 1.03 / 1.67 / 1.78 / 1.87 as a neighbor of some site. Of course, if the neighbor is offline I don't think UT will show it -- DSDPlus and Pro96Com would.

I don't know where I got this from, but I have 1.69 (CHES96 800 Oxford) not confirmed online, but obviously listed as someone's neighbor, and with a CC and AC (which is odd since I wouldn't know both the CC and AC of an offline site and neighbors of the site would never list both).

1.069 Oxford was reported as an offline neighbor to 1.065 and 1.079 (and some others 1.057 1.068 1.076) then was removed and not seen since, The numbers may be correct, we just wait and see if it returns as is in Oxford or is re-used somewhere else..

At some point in time the reported CC from adjacent sites was changed then returned (implication of an SCC) although the site was never reported online.

Directly from my DSD+ P25 Data File..

    Site: 1.69              ; CHES96 800 Oxford/Chester


    Channel 0-885:    856.5375     CC

    Channel 0-1217:   858.6125     CC

It's at a very visible location. I keep looking for activity, but no non-descrip white vans or other changes have been seen.. Nothing P25 heard on the radio either. The OpenScam Oxford site remains online, As well as Gap and Truce too.

Then just leave them on ID Search to see what IDs pop up. Can someone give me some feedback on it. Since I know we can’t hear PSP since they are Not able to monitor with any scanners. Thanks

You'll mostly hear the Game Commission and PennDot until more agencies migrate and the system is built out.

What game commissions from where I live in North Hampton County and also what PennDOT should I be able to hear
