In the meantime, I'm still getting 10135 PSP Coudrsprt constantly on BRAD31 and BRAD41.

FWIW, when sites first started coming online down my way, there was a lof of traffic on the PSP Mansfield talkgroup. That has gone away now. Although it cannot be confirmed, the speculation by some other folks is that it was SRND folks doing testing. Since they were using radios programmed for PSP in the field, they would have had to choose a talkgroup that wouldn't be live anywhere, yet. In your case, their options are dwindling now and Coudersport would be one of the last stations to come online. So, they may be using that talkgroup now for chatter related to rollout work or testing. They can't do that on the suspected tech talkgroups if they are using radios being deployed for Troop use.

If someone could check out MCKE90 at some point, I am curious if that was ever brought online earlier in the process and maybe missed. It would provide coverage into Warren County and so I would think it would be online for that more than for the PSP migration (since PSP Kane is Troop C which is last to migrate, officially).

MCKE90 - Kane

159.12
159.39
MCKE90 - Kane does not seem to be active yet

I wasn't saying that system folks are only using PSP patrol talkgroups. What I meant was, if they are field testing equipment being installed, that equipment is going to be programmed a particular way and not necessarily with the tech talkgroups. So, there could be folks working on the Coudersport talkgroup while there are also system folks talking about things on the tech talkgroups...different groups are handling tower work vs radio deployments vs coverage testing, etc.

But, all we can really do is speculate since it is all encrypted.

That was one of my thoughts was that they were testing. They were at it again this morning but since this afternoon its been relatively quiet. And using Pro96com BRAD31 and BRAD41 seemed to be interacting with each other. Another indicator was that there were only three RID's. And I initially got Mansfield at first. So that is probably what was going on.

So, I've kept a lot of old STARNET documents over the years. In an old contract appendix for the OpenSky system, I came across this list:

1 NW-1 ERIE, WARREN, CRAWFORD, MERCER, VENANGO, FOREST, CLARION, JEFFERSON, LAWRENCE, BUTLER, ARMSTRONG
2 SW -2 BEAVER, ALLEGHENY, WESTMORELAND, INDIANA, CAMBRIA, SOMERSET, FAYETTE, GREEN, WASHINGTON
3 NC-3 MCKEAN, POTTER, TIOGA, ELK, CAMERON, CLINTON, LYCOMING
4 SC-4 CLEARFIELD, CENTER, MIFFLIN, UNION, SNYDER, JUNIATA, HUNTINGTON, BLAIR, BEDFORD, FULTON
5 NE-5 BRADFORD, SUSQUEHANNA, WAYNE, SULLIVAN, WYOMING, LACKAWANNA, PIKE, MONROE, CARBON, LUZERNE, COLUMBIA, MONTOUR, NORTHUMBERLAND
6 SE-6 SCHUYLKILL, BERKS, LEHIGH, NORTHAMPTON, BUCKS, MONTGOMERY, CHESTER, DELAWARE, PHILADELPHIA
7 C-7 PERRY, DAUPHIN, LEBANON, LANCASTER, YORK, ADAMS, CUMBERLAND, FRANKLIN

It would appear that this meshes with the first two clusters of county interop talkgroups. This table is from a microwave system maintenance contract I saved somewhere along the way...probably off the e-marketplace where things are put out for bid. At any rate, it was really bugging me that the clustering of talkgroup ID's didn't match the PEMA regions, or PSP regions, or any other agency regions. I was puzzled when the NW counties were ID'd, so I went digging when the SW counties started to be noted. Seems like this makes sense, so far. Time will tell.

I know I posted something about this before. But I checked this page Pennsylvania Statewide Radio Network (PA-STARNet) PA Dept of Transportation Talkgroup Research - The RadioReference Wiki and I see they posted talk group’s for a few counties I can hear. So can I add to make separate banks of this for..

Lehigh County
Maintenance District 5-3 Lehigh Main Office Allentown/Garage - 11520 LANC33 (02/11/2020)
Maintenance District 5-3 Lehigh 20 - 11521
Maintenance District 5-3 Lehigh 30 - 11522
Maintenance District 5-3 Lehigh 40 - 11523
Maintenance District 5-3 Lehigh 99 - 11524
- 11525
- 11526

Monroe County
Maintenance District 5-4 Monroe Main Office Stroudsburg/Garage - 11564
Maintenance District 5-4 Monroe 10 - 11565
Maintenance District 5-4 Monroe 20 - 11566
Maintenance District 5-4 Monroe 30 - 11567
- 11568
- 11569

Northampton County
Maintenance District 5-5 Northampton Main Office Easton/Garage - 11580
Maintenance District 5-5 Northampton 20 - 11581
Maintenance District 5-5 Northampton 30 - 11582
Maintenance District 5-5 Northampton 40 - 11583
Maintenance District 5-5 Northampton 99 - 11584
- 11585
- 11586

Or should I wait a bit longer to do separate banks?? Thanks

You can add them by hand now to your programming in any way you'd like, But they have not been reported active as of yet.. So are not really confirmed.. But you'd be ready if/when they do start..

Otherwise you'll have to wait for them to be added officially to the RR DB. It's your choice of course..

The list I've been keeping shows the following sites as still pending, not yet built out or on the air. Anyone show anything different or know if any of these have come online recently?
