Any idea what this would be used for - station class is FB8 - centralized trunk relay? The base stations only put out 20W with 5dbi directional antenna pointed SW. The mobiles are 40W, lol - and 10,000 of them.

Well, that explains that.
The location is listed as 155 RED HILL RD, NEWPORT which is the State Police barracks.
Looks like the rollout in the NC area of the state is gearing up again. Waterville came online this week.
PENNDot picking up in this area. Using Pro96COM I am getting a considerable activity on TG's 11670, 11674, and 11675 (District 4-5) with a truckload of RID's tagging along. BRAD31 is mostly DT's. The voice activity seems to be mostly on BRAD41. From home I can get data from BRAD41 but seldom voice. Driving through Athens on Thursday I did get a short conversation on 11670 via BRAD41, which comes in quite well in the Sayre, Athens area.
If Pro96COM shows more PENNDot affiliations on Monday I might have an excuse to attend the Athens flea market.

Have been watching this for a few days. Site 113 (BRAD31) has been showing a new neighbor. Per PRO96COM:

On the assumption that this was Tiog06. I have made two trips to Tioga County and got no results. That leaves

It is likely going to be TIOG06. If you can't pick up 154.68 from Tioga Co, then it may simply not be online yet -- or maybe you are getting some strong signal overload wiping out your ability to pull in 154.68 when close to Tioga. I think MCKE11 would simply be way too far away to ever show up as a neighbor on BRAD31, even if there are no other sites online in between those two.

Maybe they are testing the site and isn't live yet, This has been previously reported commonly despite a new site reporting as online, My bet is on TIOG6

As I started out in Bradford County I don't think signal overload is a problem. And that frequency for Susquehanna is listed as Mobile. It was my understanding that Current, Connected meant that it was online. Testing is a possibility as I was getting Coudersport PSP that HM1529 thought was used for testing. I do think is the most likely suspect.
If it's really being tested currently, you can expect neighbors to report it online, and it very well may be in the system, but connected to a dummy load.. So no signal would actually be getting out.. Give it a day.

Testing on Global Interop 1 also. Audio is crisp on my 996P2 here in Monroe.
I just want to thank everyone involved with hunting new tg id's, keeping up the wiki, and those who have been submitting confirmed info. We have added / updated 175+ Tg's for the soon to be completed PA Statewide p25 Radio System, over the last 30 days. BZ everyone.

Hello all - I read back a few pages and didn't see my issue discussed, so hoping someone can chime in. I'm receiving Devault (CHES02) will good signal and quality, also noting some activity on the analyzer. On scan, I'm receiving the system, getting data, and using ID Search, however I am not hearing any traffic or stopping on any talkgroups. Is this site fully active or do I have something set wrong? Using a SDS200. Thanks.
