The cuffs and the car were great. But I think instead of sending him to court this morning they should've kept him at the Blooming Grove barracks in an interrogation room with a camera that has mysteriously "broke" and let at least the BG barracks "interrogate" him for a few days. Maybe let some of the other regions and people involved in the search have a few hours in there here and there as well.
