PA Turnpike Freqs.

I'm finally getting around to working on my scanner and related records. I wanted to get some clarification around D-4 which used to be 159.075 (156.225) 136.5 which is how most FCC licenses had both listed with 156.225 as a MO. And since the current database listing is different I did a search and found a few references to 155.130 as a new freq replacing 159.075 however it is currently the input but people called it a simulcast so is 155.130 the actual district freq or some kind of a repeater? Also the only changes I could find in my records was a saved file I believe an old email from the turnpike saying that 156.225 is the receive freq and was merely changing the p/l tone from 136.5 to 71.9. with narrowbanding. Like I said I've been out of the game for awhile and things could have changed 10 times for all I know. Just wanting to confirm that 155.130 (159.075) 77.0 is what I should be sticking with. Thanks in advance for any help or clarification.

What is posted is correct for the whole state. Apparently from memory i believe the switch out that way was due to interference of a neighboring state user hence the frequency change to 155.130

PTC lost repeater protection (i.e they became secondary to mobile users) on 159.045 and 159.075 due to FCC regulatory changes.

They were all working fine when I went across the Turnpike from Ohio to the Philly area at the end of February.
