I'm running Unitrunker on the Newport site and its showing a total of 7 frequencies know, It's showing:

853.7375
855.7875
858.2875-ACC
860.7875-CC
863.6625
866.0875
866.4875

anybody know if this is the start of the rebanding in our area?

Well the database shows these as the Newport site.

854.8375
855.7875
858.2875
860.7875
866.4875

So Newport lost 854.8375 but has added 853.7375, 863.6625 and 866.0875

Interesting :D

863.6625 isn't a valid LMR frequency at all, rebanding or no.

I have found that Unitrunker sometimes "finds" incorrect frequencies after a while. Poor decoding rate or a fluke or whatever. Try deleting the channels in question and see if they come back. Also, look at the number of hits for each frequency, you may find that the questionable channels show up but don't have any activity.

FWIW, I was a trunker fan for years, but then discovered trunk88. I've used unitrunker some, but for a simple, straight-forward decoder I now prefer trunk88. It now has a windows version which is a plus. And I love the data file that it creates that shows a list of talkgroups active on a particular talkgroup, and other talkgroups that radio has been active on. It's great for correlating unknown talkgroups to known talkgroups. Give it a try.
