Hello Gang. Picked up two wildcards I can't find in the db.
2928 - In the range of other electric utilities so it's pretty safe to say that is another one of those. Have only heard it on very rare occasions.
17776 - It appears to be in the range of the Lexington County encrypted talkgroups but I have not heard it in the Midlands. This TG has popped up in the North Eastern tip of the state and thruout the Pee Dee.
Anyone have any notes on these????
