palmetto 800 control channel baud rate???

Does anyone know whether or not the control channels for the Palmetto 800 system are 9600Baud or not? I wanted to try out the PRO96com software but dont know if there are any 9600 baud control channels near me anywhere...any info anyone may have is great. thanks

Palnet is not 9600 baud ... yet.

I'm not familiar with any public safety agencies running 9600 baud in the York County or surrounding area ... but, if you hear of one, report it to us. I've had the data utility for awhile, and I'd also like to try it out.
