I purchased a Uniden SDS 200 and on the Greenville sites I get 5 signal bars with the following frequencies 853.8625, 854.9875, 856.2375, 859.2625 and 859.9625 then the following frequencies I get 0-2 signal bars 851.875, 852.1875, 852.450 and 852.550 should they be the same strength, the antenna I have a 18 element PCTEL 806-896 16 dbi it doesn't say for public safety but I have a Larsen 7 element 11 dbi 806-869 that I had up and it says for public safety, does the antenna I'm using have too gain causing the issue are is it something else
