ive been scanning them during the week and heard nothing on all of them

I have heard midlands tech before ant the airport campus they don't talk a lot just usually escorts to vehicles or accidents

It would seem that a lot of Richland and Lexington public school district radio traffic is now on the Palmetto/Capital CIty TRBO system shown here:
