PAR MON-3 Antenna

Anyone using, or familiar with the PAR MON-3 antenna, from PAR Electronics? It's a very simple, yet interesting design, and is intended for use as a base scanner antenna, optimized for: 144~174MHz, 440~470MHz, and 800~900MHz. It appears to be a very sturdy antenna that you wouldn't have to worry about once it's up. I'd like to know what you guys think?

While I haven't used the antenna, I have used other PAR products, and they have all been quality products. I've exchanged emails with the owner of the company, and he seems dedicated to making and selling the best products he can.

In short, I would have no hesitation recommending PAR Electronics to anybody interested in buying their products.
