Parachute accident:Clinton County

Frankfort Fire and Clinton Co. Medics are on the scene on Armstong road near Clinton Co. Road 200 for a parachute accident. Person jumped out of a airplane at 12,000 feet and the parachute did not open.Radio traffic is on safe-t 12 FIRE talkgroup 46400. Clinton County Medic 1 is transpotrating to St. V in Frankfort.
