Is the database correct for the Paris? I programmed it to my XPR-7580 and BCD536HP and no traffic? Anyone else locally hear anything on this system?

What I found when I was last there a year and a half ago was this.
The 450 mhz.analog LTR system was still in use with all talkgroups active except security. I found security using one of the LTR freqs. in the DMR mode exclusively and 100% encr. It was 451.875, CC 1, and TG 20. UID's were in the 19xxx range. I don't know if that freq is still active but you may want to check 451.875

At this point, based on my own local monitoring, as Caesars has moved to DMR, they have also turned on the big E (encryption).
Yes that is what I observed in Sept. '19 also. Bummer. Maybe its the simple Big E which only has a few possible combos.

You can still take in a lot of the strip properties - the MGM owned resorts are still in the clear as well as all the off-strip ones (i.e. Stations Casinos).
